The package begins on Fridays only. Join Judith for a stroll of Corstorphine House’s organic gardens to select ripe seasonal vegetables and fruits for your class. Together with Judith visit Dunedin’s Saturday Farmers Markets to buy the best seasonal produce for the day’s menu. Then participate at Judith’s home for a cooking class and demonstration, followed by a relaxed lunch with glass of wine. Judith loves to invent interesting and well-flavoured recipes, using inspirational food combinations.
