We will work with you to ensure your meeting is professionally organized, from menu selection, meeting room set-up and AV equipment, to tours, entertainment and airport transfers.

  • light working lunch. If partners are included, then an alternative for them is a picnic hamper at a location of your choice

  • three-course dinner (entrée, main and dessert, plus tea or coffee)

Rates are valid from 01 May 2009 until 31 March 2010.

All prices are in NZ$ include breakfast, all taxes, including GST.

Please note: If you would like any additional inclusions such as special cocktail parties, themed gala dinners or even tours we will be happy to tailor make your event and provide a prompt quote.

Also note: The Moroccan Room has similar facilities to the other rooms, but it has a private bathroom, two steps acrossthe hallway, instead of an ensuite. The Moroccan Room has a queen-size bed plus rollaway bed.

Group Deposits: Reservations for group bookings (three rooms or more) require a 25% deposit which will be invoiced 45 days in advance or at the time of reservation; this deposit is non-refundable.

Group Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 30 days before commencement of stay will forfeit the 25% deposit on rooms booked. Bookings cancelled less than seven days before commencement of stay will incur a 100% cancellation fee for all room nights booked. If the rooms can be re-booked then a refund, less 25% of the room cost, will be given.
