We alternate the dining venue to suit changes in climate. On balmy days the Conservatory Restaurant is chosen, and in chilly weather the warmth of the Dining Room is the perfect choice. In our quieter months of winter, dinner is by prior arrangement. Here in the Dining Room on winter mornings guests are welcomed by a blazing fire, and Corstorphine ‘free-range’ eggs invariably feature on the menu, plus home-made breads, pastries and jams, and much more.
