Our own business ventures include the establishment of the Historical listed property called Corstorphine House in Dunedin. We started this business from absolute scratch and worked through the various stages of transforming a private residence into a internationally recognized 5 star Hotel. Through sheer hard work, dedication and total commitment of working together with our team of self trained staff we became a member of the renowned international chain of Relais & Chateaux. This invaluable experience is hard earned and we are now ready to pass our accumulated expertise to others who want to make their mark in the both challenging and exciting world of hospitality.
